"Out of the Woods" is the highly awaited second album from the Norwegian folk/pop quartet House by the Lake.
Since the release of their critically acclaimed debut Woodlands (2015), the band has worked their way through layers of sounds to explore new soundscapes in their studio in Bergen on the rain West coast of Norway. “I felt it was time to leave some of the most traditional parts of the folk genre behind, to focus on other instruments and arrangements in order to capture the times we are living in” - Sondre, vocalist and songwriter, House by the Lake.
